Web Application Developer, SharePoint

Opportunity to be trained on SharePoint Portal integrations!

OMNITEC Solutions (http://www.omnitecinc.com) is seeking a Web Applications Developer for the large scale design, development, implementation, and integration of an Enterprise SharePoint Portal solution.

Required skills include:

- BS and 8+ years total experience with 3+ years of Object Oriented Development experience in .Net (Asp.net 2.0, Ado.net) or C# (C Sharp);
- SQL Server 2005 capabilities to create tables, stored procedures, views and using reporting services to make custom reports;
- Experience in Windows OS environment using XP and windows Server 2003;
- Rapid Application Development skills (Agile, SCRUM, etc) are highly preferred as our IT team members work closely with our clients and end users;

Helpful skills include:

- at least 1 year of experience designing and developing with MOSS (SharePoint) 2007, with experience using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio 2005, custom Workflows, custom web parts, and custom Application Pages;
- Experience in creating Features and packaging them up as Solutions for deployment in a MOSS environment;
- Experience in creating custom master pages and content pages;
- Knowledge of developing Word 2007 templates and integrating those templates into a SharePoint document library;
- "Webmaster" experience for maintaining web site(s) they;
- experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) 3.0 or 4.0, Flash, Photoshop, and Cascading Style sheets;

As these positions support the Intelligence community, US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SCI access.

Communications Analyst/Writer

This creative and highly-skilled professional will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing end products and solutions that will clearly describe and facilitate communication of program objectives and services, both internally and externally. The person will also provide project leadership with administrative support in tracking all related action items during execution. Strong project management, writing/editing, creative, and overall communication skills are required. Sr. Analyst, Production/Supply Chain Management

Senior Analyst, Aviation Acquisition Program Management / Production / Supply Chain Management

OMNITEC Solutions (www.omnitecinc.com) provides a wide range of analytical and strategic management support to the DOD / Navy acquisition portfolio of programs.

We seek several Senior Acquisition Analysts to help lead strategic, operational and tactical transformation efforts on ACAT Programs already in and transitioning to production.

Must have 7+ yrs Aviation Manufacturing expertise with practical training & experience in such areas as Industrial Engineering, Operations & Supply Management, Program Management / Planning / Control. Demonstrated expertise and thorough knowledge of how to review, analyze, and improve Acquisition and/or Supply Chain processes is sought.

Manufacturing operations experience is required, Industrial engineering degree is preferred. Supply chain management experience highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with detailed analysis and problem solving, such as hypothesis testing, data structuring, causal flow analysis, and action-consequence- event analys is preferred. Process improvement skills (lean, TOC, six sigma, Toyota production system, statistical process control) are a plus.

One position is located at NAVAIR Headquarters/Pax River in Lexington Park, MD, 20670. A second position supporting our client in the Northern, VA/Pentagon area is also possible. While we prefer full time W-2 candidates, 1099 Consultants who can spend a majority of their time on-site at these locations could be considered.
