Sr. Business Process Improvement Analyst Broadcast Engineer 08-032 OMNITEC Solutions (www.omnitecinc.com) is supporting television broadcasting engineering & support to our Armed Forces. We are expanding our service with a longtime client to upgrade and enhance these services over the next several years. This position is located in Alexandria, VA (22314). Our requirements include: Education and training: College degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering preferred. Specialized technical training may be substituted. Skills and Experience: ** Ability to lead the overall design and implementation of a state-of-the-art radio and television control and production facility. ** Expertise with computer-based broadcast production applications is essential. ** Ten years of applicable broadcast employment experience. Conduct initial technology research and recommend feasible technology approaches and solutions. Work with detail designers and systems integrators to finalize system designs. Oversee the design process to evaluate technology trade-offs and to remain within budget constraints. Upon final design acceptance by the government, participate in the integration and installation being performed by others, to ensure systems are implemented properly and to provide quality control.
