OMNITEC Solutions (http://www.omnitecinc.com) provides Web Solutions to multiple clients in the Intelligence market. In particular, we are helping this client with counter terrorism support.

We are in search of a Full time System Administrator with demonstrated success supporting and maintaining SharePoint MOSS 2007. SharePoint MOSS 2010 experience a plus.

Microsoft SharePoint Administrator responsibilities will include:

• Document design requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts to design; develop functionalities that meet business requirements.
• Design, coding, implementation, testing, administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites.
• Design, develop and maintain custom components for web-based, content management products that enable seamless functionality between SharePoint Portal Server, MS Office, and other potential Portal applications that may be present in the enterprise.
• Use judgment and creativity to design coding approach to meet requirements specifications as provided by business analysts.
• Work with end users to collect, analyze and evaluate business requirements.
• Examine requirements documents and create technical design documents, unit test, system test, user acceptance test, and implementation plans.
• Maintain current industry knowledge of development concept, practices and procedures.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent of professional experience. 6-10 years minimum experience supporting/developing enterprise applications and web technology solutions.
• Solid experience and proven ability using the MS SharePoint 2007 platform. Specific experience in site design, page layout, and developing custom web parts to extend SharePoint functionality. Ideally the candidate will have a thorough understanding of SharePoint’s core features including Collaboration, Portal, Enterprise Search, Content Management, Business Forms and Business Intelligence.
• Must have experience in SharePoint installation, configuration, and administration with a good understanding of the architectural and infrastructure aspects of SharePoint platform.
• Prefer experience with database design and querying with SQL server 2005/2008.
• Strong communications skills, with the ability to interact with end-users to understand requirements and develop comprehensive and complete solutions that incorporate both technology and business processes.
• Experience working in an enterprise-level environment.
• Ability to work on a team as well as independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines.

A minimum of 4 years Broadcast Television Engineering or Cable TV Headend and RF maintenance experience is required.

Additional required skills and capabilities include:

- Knowledge of the procedures and regulations regarding installations of systems in US Navy ships.
- Knowledge of broadcast television integration, test and installation.
- Knowledge of Vertical Launch Camera Systems on US Navy ships.

Our Management Services Division is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Southern Maryland/DC area. This individual will primarily be responsible for communicating our core business services to a broader DoD market that has similar requirements. Proven experience in developing and assisting in the growth of new business with DoD customers via analyzing RFP's, and then working with SME's in evaluating requirements, preparing a draft and writing to a technical response, is critical.

Team Lead, Integrated Master Schedule/IMS, Aviatio

This position provides assistance to the leadership of a major Naval Aviation program for schedule related issues including but not limited to: contractor scheduling process, schedule analysis, internal government schedules, schedule risk analysis, management of scheduling resources. This is a full time position located on site in Arlington, VA (22202). A flexible work schedules are available.

DUTIES:

- Serve as the chief advisor to the program office leadership on schedule-related issues.
- Provides schedule-related subject matter expertise to all team members.
- Coordinate the resources of program office schedule analysts to provide monthly analysis of the programs contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) submittals.
- Coordinate the resources of program office schedule analysts in support of IPTs to manage the program schedule.
- Participate and support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Design Reviews using EVM methods, tools and information to integrate cost, schedule and technical performance data.
- Facilitate and support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), as described in the Department of Defense Instructions 5000.02 Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) and the presentation of Integrated Project Management (IPM) training prior to the IBR.
-Review and provide timely feedback on schedule analysis, SRA reports and other schedule analysis-related products prior to submission.
- Provide recommendations for schedule inputs into the Estimates at Complete (EAC) process.
- Provide schedule related training to program office personnel in schedule management best practices.
- Provide schedule related training to program office schedule analysts in schedule analysis best practices.
- Provide recommendations on IT, personnel resource needs and employee development of schedule analysts to supervisors and managers.
- Represent the Integrated Project Management team on the Program Risk Management Board.
- Attend daily/weekly/ monthly meetings within the program as required.

Qualifications:

- Four-year bachelors degree in engineering (preferred), business or related field.
- Five years of defense acquisition experience with aircraft development programs.
- Requires mastery of scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent toolset.
- Requires mastery of Microsoft Office application such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Extensive knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis and experience performing Monte-Carlo statistical assessments on schedules. [Preferred] Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis.
- Experience with public speaking, training and briefing to large audiences.

Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Analyst, Aviation

This position provides scheduling and schedule analysis support to the Program Office (PO) of a critical Naval Aviation engineering effort. Responsibilities include reviewing the health and construction of contractor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) deliverables, calculating performance metrics, performing schedule risks analysis, building projections of schedule outcomes, and developing reports or presentations. This is a full time position with onsite work required at Arlington, VA 22202. Flexible work schedules are available.

Duties:

- Provide independent analysis, assessment and risk identification of contractor and/or Government projects;
- utilize data such as; Contract Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Cost Funds Status Reports (CFSR), and IPT/contractor input to assess project performance, evaluate trends, and to make projections;
- conduct detailed discussions to gain further insight into performance and to validate the validity of the project data;
- Assess the validity and accuracy of the data contained in the assigned project’s Earned Value Management reports (e.g., IMS) taking into consideration the intent of the American National Standard Institutes (ANSI) guidelines 748.
- Combine policy, procedures, and guidelines with past experience to assess the adequacy of the contractor/government performance baseline and IMS.
- Provide schedule-related support to assigned IPT as needed.
- Participate and support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and Design Reviews using EVM methods, tools and information to integrate cost, schedule and technical performance data.
- Provide monthly reports to key program stakeholders on Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) health and construction, contractor schedule performance and projections of schedule outcomes.
- Communicate all findings to IPM IPT and assigned IPT management. This will be done through briefings, written reports and verbal communications.
- Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews and Schedule Risk Assessments as needed.
- Attend daily/weekly/ monthly meetings within the program as required.

Qualifications:

- Possess four-year bachelors degree in engineering (desired), business or related field.
- Possess at least two years of experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or an equivalent toolset.
- Possess mastery of Microsoft Office application such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Preferred Knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis and performing Monte-Carlo statistical assessments on schedules desired.
- Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis is preferred.

An active Secret clearance is required.
